Audit Assistant
Assist in completing audit assignments under guidance.
To manage audit of small/medium sized companies of various industries.
Work closely with audit seniors and liase with clients on all aspect of audit assignment.
Acquire a working knowledge of the client’s business, prepare and analyze financial statements and audit related issues.
Performing audit tests to obtain sufficient audit evidence for audit assurance requirements.
Preparation of audit working papers and carry out compliance field work.
Required Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office and Audit Software.
Tax Assistant
We are looking for graduates or professionals who are interested to pursue a career in tax. Such person would be dealing with clients on tax compliances, and other tax matters such as tax incentives, witholding tax etc. Most importantly, the person must have positive attitude, with a passion to learn and give excellent performance.
To assist tax senior to carry out tax computation for companies and other entities and to liaise with Inland Revenue Board (under supervision of tax senior).
Assist in the preparation and filing of individual, corporate, and other tax returns.
To handle the estimation of tax payable and revision of tax estimate and ensure timely submission of Form CP204/CP204A
To perform tax administrative duties i.e : filing, maintaining tax-related docs, etc
Collect and organize financial data and documentation from clients.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records.
Monitor and track filing deadlines to ensure timely submission of all tax documents & payments.
Communicate with clients to request information, clarify details, and respond to inquiries.
Assist in handling tax-related issues by liaising with tax authorities (IRB/LHDN).
Provide support to the team to ensure all tasks are carried out on time
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Good excel skills
Strong communication skills and maintain good relationship with clients
Ability to collaborate in a team environment
To liaise with clients on tax queries and others parties related to tax assignment.
Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filing procedures
Handle ad-hoc tasks related to tax matters, when required.
Account Assistant
Full set accounting, (Balance Sheet,Profit & Loss account,Trial Balance,Bank Reconciliation,General Ledger)
Updating of data into accounting system and filling of documents.
Liaising with clients, client's suppliers, clients' third party service providers, auditors and tax agents.
Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Managers / Directors
