Fully coordinate warehouse management affairs (including normal warehouse operation, warehouse planning, accurate storage of goods, inbound and outbound management, warehouse security, etc. Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
- Responsible for the daily operations management including people management e.g.: arranging employee work reasonably and efficiently, inspecting, supervising, and assessing employee attendance and work attitude.
- Responsible for improving the warehousing and logistics system, developing and implementing warehouse management and logistics transportation workflows, including daily tasks such as receiving goods, quality inspection, warehousing, packaging and shipping, returns and exchanges etc.
- Responsible for summarizing and analyzing the accuracy of warehouse efficiency reports, organizing and executing regular inventory checks; real-time effective inventory, ensure accurate inventory data, maintain consistency between accounts, materials, and records.
- Implement an indicator to reduce goods damage, loss, and missing items during handling and storage. Investigate and resolve any incidents promptly. Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with safety regulations. Strictly adheres to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system for inventory management to minimize product expiration and waste.
- Review operations processes and frameworks to achieve continual operational excellence towards internal stakeholders and external customers’ satisfaction; communicate formally and present the actionable findings and feasible recommendations to Management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of warehouse operations, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Provide strategic direction to Management on business risk assessment and regulatory compliance and adherence.
- Collaborate with surveyors to conduct inspections and assessments of cargo, ensuring compliance with quality and quantity specifications.
- Work closely with port authorities to resolve any operational issues and address compliance concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of related experience in a Managerial position.
- Working knowledge of logistics and shipping procedures.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as work in a warehouse environment.
- Versatile and responsive, capable of addressing operational exceptions beyond regular office hours and during holidays.
- Experience in Terminal, Vessel, and Depot operations would be an added advantage.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
