To plan and monitor the existing and future development of the estate production, manpower planning and quality control.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of all the estate activities including replanting, production, administration and personnel.
- Ensure that policies and procedures approved by the management are being adhered to in all operations.
- To provide leadership and on the job training for the field staff together with the Regional HR Team in areas of Technical, Hard and Soft skills. Working with our General Manager to relook into the skill sets and competency of field staff and to upgrade the skill sets in accordance to the management’s initiative.
- Establish individual estate goal, objective and procedures in the unit.
- Determine staff requirement with the Regional HR Team and interview, hire and train new employees or oversee personal processes.
- To carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the management.
- To prepare roadmap for monitoring of second liner, in line with companies initiatives.
- Plan and review activities, costs and operations and taking ownership at the property assigned to you.
- To recruit sufficient workers both local and foreign to manage the estate.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 year(s) of managerial working experience in estate fieldwork and administration.
- Willing to be relocated to Sibu, Sarawak & Lahad Datu, Sabah.
- Possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate proficiency in personnel administration and financial management.
- Innovative, resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic & challenging environment.
- Possess leadership, strong analytical skills, troubleshooting skills and effective problem solving ability.
- Computer literate (Ms. Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
