Security System Support

  • Manage daily operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of CCTV, door access, and attendance systems.
  • Monitor GPS tracking system on company vehicles; ensure accurate usage tracking and report anomalies.
  • Support implementation of IT security policies and prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

Hardware Maintenance

  • Perform routine checks, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on computers, printers, scanners, and servers.
  • Support purchase, installation, and upgrading of IT equipment as per operational needs.
  • Ensure minimal downtime and quick response to equipment breakdown.

Network Infrastructure Support

  • Maintain LAN/WAN network connectivity across city and estate offices.
  • Identify and fix connectivity issues, optimize performance, and enforce network security protocols.
  • Collaborate with third-party service providers where required.

Software & User Support

  • Provide helpdesk support to employees on IT-related issues (software errors, login issues, email, etc).
  • Manage and update user access, licenses, and software installations in line with company policy.
  • Conduct basic user training where necessary.

Server Support & Data Backup

  • Administer and maintain company servers, including data backup, system updates, and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot errors, perform data recovery, and ensure data integrity.

Company Website & Media Page Management

  • Assist in updating, maintaining and monitoring the company's website and online media platforms.
  • Coordinate content uploads (news, activities, employee updates) with relevant departments.
  • Report and follow up on website errors, working with developers or vendors as needed.
