1. Drive execution of plant maintenance activities are carried out on-time & in good quality in Brewing section to achiece Zero breakdown and lowest cost.

2. Monitoring utilities and providing direction & ececuting to meet target.

3. Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet operation deadline, productivity and quality goals in Brewing section.

4. Promote and provide guidance to shop floor to be self-wonership, perform RCFA when necessary and close the loop.

5. Supports and leads the implementation of the improvement activities towards World Class performance.

6. Optimises the maintenance plan in accordance with the TPM standards route and modern maintenance techniques and tools.

**Requirements**:
1. Possess good university Degree in the Mechanical Engineering_._

2. At least 10 years working experience in FMCG industry with knowledge & experience in planned maintenance and utilities plant operations, and at least 5 years working experience in managerial position.

3. Good technical knowledge of planned maintenanance system implementation, pressurized tanks design, fabrication, testing and repair.

5. Familiar on heat exhanger operation, instrumentation, electrical control and automation.

6. Good computer skills on Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point

7. Proficient in spoken written English and Bahasa Malaysia
8. Strong inter personal skills and able to work and interact effectively in a team based environment
9. Versatile, organized, result oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast paced environment
