Quantity Surveyor

**Job Requirements**:

- Language(s) required: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in cost estimation methodologies, pricing analysis, and budgeting techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good supervision and interpersonal skill.
- Self-discipline, responsible, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
- With own transport and willing to travel, independent
- Good knowledge of MS OFFICE (Microsoft Office and Excel)

**Responsibilities**:

- Calculate BQ and Pricing, verify accuracy for details and revise pricing and details when required.
- Assist in preparing quotation statements for advertising purposes
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents to assess cost implications.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Prepare and manage Tender documents and timely submission.
- To request and obtain quotations on construction materials from potential suppliers
- Assist in the final settlement of accounts upon project completion.
- Conduct final cost analysis to compare actual costs with initial estimates.
- Provide ongoing cost monitoring and regular reports on the project’s financial performance.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
