A Quantity Surveyor

Job Role:

- Prepare and submit tenders, including quantity take-offs and pricing.
- Source suitable subcontractors and suppliers for tender support.
- Liaise with the operations team for technical support on work design and execution.
- Identify discrepancies in Bills of Quantities (BQs), drawings, and specifications.
- Analyze subcontractor/supplier quotations and negotiate tender prices.
- Prepare monthly reports on earned value and projected final contract value.
- Track, record, and submit variations claims, ensuring timely resolution with clients.
- Monitor project completion dates and assist in time/cost claims.
- Manage progress claims and payments for contracts and subcontracts.
- Administer contracts and settle final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
- Review tender/project requirements and prepare method statements and execution plans.
- Collate necessary documentation for tender submissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning bids.

**Requirements**:

- At least Min Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2 years of Quantity Surveying experience
- Stationed at HQ in Novena area
- Regular visit to the project sites is necessary
- Must stay in Singapore.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
