Account Officer

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and receipts, reconciling statements, and following up on overdue payments.
- Prepare and submit tax and regulatory filings, including GST, SST, and corporate tax returns.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure adequate funding for operations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reports for senior management.
- Participate in the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors and other third-party service providers as needed.
- Liaise with both internal and external parties in accounting activities.
- Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial record.
- Assist with preparation of the audit process.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
