Job scope:
- Responsible to plan, coordinate & manage the overall Facility Maintenance Services, Cleansing Services and Clinical Waste Management System according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Technical Requirement Performance Indicator (TRPI) and Master Agreed Procedure (MAP);
- To manage non-operational support functions, administration, finance, procurement, information technology, safety, and quality:
- To act as Liaison Officer and maintain good liaison with the institution’s management team in all respect;
- To check & verify documents (PPM Checklist & Work Order);
- To ensure work compliance to the standard engineering practice, ISO standard, statutory requirement and by-laws;
- To train institution staff in the safe operation of engineering facilities accessible to them;
- To ensure good practice of health, safety and environment are in place;
- To ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Routine Inspection (RI), Breakdown and Corrective Maintenance (CM) Works carry out as schedule or as required;
- To check and verify daily routine inspection, PPM schedule, checklist & report for FEMS reports.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or any engineering with 5 to 8 years of Facility Management
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
