**Short Role Description**

The Deployment Manager will be responsible for managing and executing customer deployment projects for the company’s SaaS and Services solutions as well as other internal improvement projects.

To ensure the successful deployment of the company’s solutions, the role will take responsibility for the full project lifecycle which includes pre and post deployment responsibility for quality assessment, customer support and administration teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with multiple teams, internal and external, to determine the requirements for a project
- Prepare detailed implementation plans to manage resource, deliverables, timelines, changes, issues resolution, documentation and meeting minutes
- Manage the project lifecycle and coordinate internal and external stakeholders and consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the project
- Manage quality assessment team to ensure the quality of new and existing features before deployed
- Manage a team to provide platform administration and support during and after deployment
- Keep user guides up to date and enhance content to enable self-serve
- Manage platform templates to reduce the time to deploy projects into different verticals
- Automate and Digitise processes and procedures using the company’s SaaS produce

**Requirements**:

- Experience developing business requirement documents with customers and cross-functional teams
- Experience leading and deploying complex projects and operational initiatives
- Experience deploying SaaS and Services solutions
- Experience with SaaS Solutions: Project management, CRM, HRMS, etc
- Experience using workflows to digitise process and procedures
- Demonstrated experience in using data to get to outcomes
- Prior experience with optimisation, processes and program/project management is required
- Experience working in high-volume or extremely fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management/client management skills

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Minimum 3 years leading SaaS and Services Solutions deployments
- Minimum 2 years of SaaS quality and customer service experience
- Able to create flowcharts and data flow diagrams
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
- At least 1 quality process certification; COPC, Six Sigma, etc.
- Fluent English

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
