Overall Job function

1. Coordinate and execute daily digital printing tasks to ensure timely and high quality job output

2. Support the Digital Production Lead in managing print schedule, priorities, and operator workflow.

3. Ensure job statuses and job dockets are promptly and accurately updated in the system.

4. Communicate effectively with internal teams to support smooth production operation.

5. Assist in monitoring machine performance and materials usage.

6. Supporting simple machines and helping run jobs when additional hands are needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Production Execution
- Carry out digital printing jobs according to assigned schedule and specifications.
- Ensure jobs meet print quality standard and deadlines.
- Follow production SOPs and prioritize urgent jobs based on direction from the Digital Production Lean.
- Operate simple machines (e.g. small laminators, cutters, creasers) when required to support team efficiency
2. System & Documentation
- Accurately update job status in the OnPrintShop system in a timely manner.
- Print and attach job dockets before production begins.
- Ensure real-time visibility of job progress by maintaining accurate system data.
3. Workflow & Support
- Assist with organizing and preparing materials for daily production.
- Coordinate with finishing or packing teams to ensure seamless job flow.
- Notify the Digital Production Lead of any delays, errors, or issues during production.
4. Equipment & Consumables
- Operate digital printing machines according to SOP and safety guidelines.
- Assist in basic maintenance tasks and inform supervisors of machine performance issues.
- Track and report low stock of paper or consumables as needed.
5. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other operators to ensure consistent workflow and mínimal downtime.
- Participate in cross-training and support newly onboarded staff if requested.
- Maintainn cleanliness and order in the production area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
