Job Requirement

  • Coordinate daily orders, quotations, and delivery schedules for frozen food products.
  • Communicate with customers, distributors, warehouses, and the sales team to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
  • Prepare sales reports, monitor stock availability, and assist in demand forecasting.
  • Provide support to the sales team in administrative matters and documentation related to sales transactions.
  • Plan and monitor the delivery of frozen products to ensure timely delivery and product quality preservation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams on stock movement, cold-chain product requirements, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with temperature control standards for all frozen products during storage and delivery.
  • Track delivery status and handle any issues related to delays or logistical problems.
  • Maintain organised records of sales, delivery documents, and logistics documentation.
  • Ensure all transactions and movements comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and food safety regulations.
  • Prepare periodic sales and logistics performance reports for management review.

    • Manage the process of returned goods (returns).
  • Handle regulatory documentation requirements related to frozen food products.
  • Coordinate payment of delivery/logistics charges with the finance department.
