Job Responsibilities:

● Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

● Ensure the reception area is always tidy and well-stocked with necessary stationery and materials.

● Serve customers' delivery, packing, and shipping needs efficiently.

● Receive customer orders and coordinate with drivers for pick-up.

● Monitor and ensure smooth operations and parcel pick-up procedures at the Drop-Off Point.

● Assist in sorting and processing inbound volume,support drivers in parcel collection.

● Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures at all times.

● Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

● Can work immediately & able to work 6 days a week

● Experience in customer service or logistics is a plus.

● Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools

● Willing to support the team during peak period (OT claim is applicable)

Working Days & Hours

● Shift-based: 10am-6:30pm, 1pm-9pm

● Working days: Monday to Sunday (6 days a week with 1 rest day)

● Sunday may be a working day or an off day, depending on the schedule.

Salary & Incentives:

● Basic Salary: RM1850

● Fixed Allowance : RM 150

● Performance Incentive: Up to RM573

● OT claim: Applicable

● Statutory Benefits: Based on EA
