Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Logistic / Supply Chain Management / Operation Management or equivalent to any related field
  2. Good understanding of digitalization transformation initiative particularly within After Sales business would be added advantage
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and analytical skill
  4. Able to multi-task and work independently, with minimal supervision (under pressure and tight deadlines)
  5. A team player and possess a good teamwork
  6. Excellent user of Power Point, Excel and Word
  7. Willing to work at Perodua Headquarters, Sg Choh, Rawang, Selangor
  8. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Vacancy 1 - Parts Management

  • To be responsible for planning and monitoring stock by executing spare parts and material orders based on stock levels, consumption trends, production or maintenance schedules.
  • To issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and on time by monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstocking
  • To act as mediator for vendor coordination and performance by coordinate with local and overseas vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply issues.
  • To maintain strong relationships with vendor and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure compliance with standards
  • To align on inventory need and delivery schedules by liase with the Warehouse and other department for order confirmation and delivery follow up
  • To update inventory data in ERP or stock systems by ensuring accuracy of part codes, descriptions, lead times, and reorder points in the system

  • To manage Electric Vehicle (EV) product planning information and operations
  • To responsible in handling the development and maintenance of EV Infrastructure at outlets
  • To facilitate and coordinate cross departmental planning for the rollout of EV products enhancements
  • To support communication plan and development of promotional tools for EV products
