Ringkasan Tugas

Bertanggungjawab menyelaras operasi jualan & pentadbiran, menyokong pasukan jualan dan teknikal, mengurus dokumentasi serta memastikan urusan pelanggan berjalan lancar.

Tugas & Tanggungjawab Utama

  • Menyambut pelanggan, memberi penerangan produk & membantu membuat pilihan.
  • Menyediakan sebut harga, invoice, senarai harga dan dokumen jualan.
  • Mengurus panggilan & pertanyaan pelanggan serta membuat follow-up (telefon/online).
  • Mengemaskini rekod pelanggan dan maklumat dalam sistem.
  • Menyelia jadual kerja & tugasan pasukan teknikal (installation / site visit).
  • Memantau inventori asas, menyusun stok & memastikan paparan produk kemas.
  • Berurusan dengan pasukan teknikal untuk memastikan pemasangan/servis berjalan lancar.
  • Membantu tugasan pentadbiran seperti fail, surat-menyurat & dokumentasi syarikat.
  • Menyediakan rekod perbelanjaan harian, invoice & membantu tugas asas akaun.
  • Menyelia keperluan pejabat, utiliti & peralatan supaya sentiasa mencukupi.
  • Menyertai program jualan, latihan & event syarikat.
  • Mencapai sasaran jualan harian/mingguan/bulanan bersama pasukan.
  • Menjalankan tugas ad-hoc seperti diarahkan pihak pengurusan.

Kelayakan

  • Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman dalam sales/marketing/pentadbiran pejabat.
  • Mempunyai Lesen D yang sah.
  • Mahir berkomunikasi, jujur & beretika dalam urusan pelanggan.
  • Berdisiplin, proaktif, berdikari & mampu bekerja dalam kumpulan.
  • Komited untuk membina kerjaya jangka panjang.
