We are the Industry Division of IJM Group, one of Malaysia's leading conglomerates. We are now looking for a creative individual who excels in multitasking to be our Sales Admin Executive.

Job Descriptions

  • Assist in the sales team with processing orders, preparing sales documents, and maintain customer records.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints.
  • Process and monitor orders, coordinate with logistics for timely shipments, and track order status.
  • Arrange transportation, prepare shipping documents, ensure compliance with shipping regulations, monitor shipments and negotiate shipping rates.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experiences for similar role or related field.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software
  • Prefer Mandarin speaker
