Working Days: 6 days (off on weekday)
Working Hours:
Weekdays: Morning shift
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: Night shift
(Operations hours: 11am - 12pm)

Job Descriptions:

- Develop SOP for day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
- Maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead the team to achieve KPI, including staff training
- Establish schedules, policies and procedures
- Ensure all the procedures adhere with F&B standards and comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

- At least 2 years working experience as a Branch Manager / other managerial role in F&B industry
- Familiar with POS system & Microsoft Excel
- Willing to go for outstation to the branch in Segamat
- Possess own car for travelling purpose
- Communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Can work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
