**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the cake production team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Design, develop, and execute new cake recipes and seasonal product ideas.
- Supervise the preparation, baking, and decoration of all cake products.
- Ensure high standards of product quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, and coordinate with purchasing.
- Enforce food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in all cake preparation areas.
- Train and mentor junior staff, including Trainees and Commis.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g. Sales, Marketing) on new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform any other duties as required by the Head Chef or Management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or Baking.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in professional cake or pastry production, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge in cake design, decoration, and modern baking techniques.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
- Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.
- Willing to work shifts,overtime, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
