**Job Descriptions**:

- Provide accurate and timely responses to general queries, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate within a team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- **Career Progression to be a Quality Assurance (QA), Trainer Senior and Customer Service Agent within 6 months in the role**_

**Requirements**:

- Minimum educational requirement: SPM
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Strong command of English in both verbal and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
