**Job Title : CP Support**

**Client : Oil & Gas Industry**

**Budget : RM 2500 - RM 3000**

**Work Hour : 9.00am to 6.00pm | Mon - Fri**

**Location : Cyberjaya**

**Compulsory skill set(s): Good English and a good foundation in Microsoft Excel**

Description

1. Delivers administrative and / or secretarial support to management, operating within the context of a fast-paced, challenging and changing operational environment. Plan, priorities and effectively allocate time to specific tasks.

2. Performs tasks (booking, scheduling, content preparation), utilizing procedures that structured and standardized procedures; engages relevant support for cases of advanced complexity.

3. Performs the filing of physical contracts for storage and managing those filing/storage with our storage contractors and manage the inventory with regard to the physical contracts.

4. Deals with most-confidential information within and outside of the Company.

5. Deals with important and pressing deadlines; addresses a variety of issues and questions that may involve a degree of complexity; will need to draw on a limited number of sources of information within their own area/department to solve problems.

6. Communicatees with tact - exercising influence and persuasiveness - for effective interaction with others, including team members and colleagues, but also other managers and senior managers.

7. Develop and maintain a sound understanding of business activities and objectives of the manager or team they support, to be able to provide the required support.

8. Maintain an effective agenda and an efficient diary on manager's behalf.

9. Develop and maintain a wide network of relevant business contacts, both internally and externally, on managers' behalf.

**Accountabilities**

1. Provide general administrative support to the Delivery Center Lead and members of the Leadership Team.

2. Support Leadership Team members delivering projects or programmes by facilitating project logistics, for example setting up workshops, coordinating invites and agendas, developing and collating presentation materials, etc.

3. Supports event organization and management, leading on event logistics and planning, for example setting up and running regional and global team meetings including room bookings, coordinating invites, developing agendas and presentation materials, etc.

4. Own and manage staff mailing lists and SharePoint document repositories.

5. Other tasks relating to administration and program management, as required.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor Degree in the relevant studies: Engineering, Procurement & Supply Chain or other business degree with 3.0 CGPA/Second Class Upper (Hons)
- Fresh graduates or graduates with less than one year working experience on full time basis
- Self-motivated/Self starter
- Good analytical, structural thinking, problem solving skills
- Results-driven individual
- Good communications skills - excellent verbal and written English
- Planning and organizing skills
- Understanding of project management discipline
- Leadership skills
- Team player and good interpersonal skills
- Can do attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
