**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Serve patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts
- Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries
- Knowledgeable in Electrotherapy, Exercise Therapy and Patient Mobilization Skills
- Make and serve drinks to customers
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Assist patients to fully finish the treatment plan
- Monitor patient’s condition and inform to the doctor
- Organising therapeutic physical exercise sessions
- Providing massages
- Using specialist techniques such as electrotherapy and ultrasound
- Collecting statistics
- Writing reports
- Liaising with professionals such as doctors and nurses
- Providing education and advice about exercise and movement
- keeping up to date with the latest advancements in the profession
- Evaluate patients to determine whether physiotherapy interventions are necessary
- Assess patients in accordance with the professional practice guidelines and standards
- Recommend new tools and equipment to assist patients with regular exercise
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
- Record and document patient care services
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
