Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Management:
Engage with corporate clients to sell HRDF training programs.

Manage and grow a portfolio of regular customers.

Provide tailored value-added services, including packaged hotel rooms and tours, beyond traditional classroom seminars.

Business Development:
Initiate, brief, and close sales for HRD training programs.

Target companies with team-building and company trip requirements for groups ranging from 10 to 100 persons.

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

Collaborate with the team to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 3 years of experience in selling HRDF training programs and handling claims.

Proven track record of managing corporate clients and a portfolio of regular customers.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
