**2D & 3D Interior Drafter**:

- Create accurate 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings based on design concepts provided by the interior design team.
- Ensure precision in dimensions, measurements, and details to accurately represent design intent.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to incorporate design changes and updates into drawings.
- Maintain an organized digital archive of drawings, ensuring version control and easy access for team members.
- Assist in identifying design and technical challenges and propose solutions to enhance the quality of the final drawings.
- Create realistic 3D models of interior spaces, furnishings, and fixtures based on design concepts and specifications.
- Produce high-quality renders and visualizations that effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers to interpret and translate design concepts into accurate 3D representations.
- Incorporate design revisions and updates into 3D models as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in 3D modeling and rendering techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD / BIM or similar drafting software.
- Solid understanding of interior design principles and construction methods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in drawings.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a design team.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to interior spaces is a plus.
- Previous experience in interior drafting or related field is preferred.
- Degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
- Experience with rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or similar.
- Strong understanding of interior design aesthetics and spatial arrangements.

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with the design team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in 3D modeling for interior design, architecture, or related fields is preferred.
