Position: Sales Interior Designer

Salary Range: $2500-3600

Working Location: Arumugam Rd

Company Background: Interior Design Firm

Working days and hours: Mon-Fri (10am to 6pm), Saturday (10am to 2pm)

Job Descriptions:

- Manage sales enquiry
- Manage min 2-4 projects at any one time
- Understand homeowners’ requirement and prepare for design proposal/moodboard
- Drafting of 2D spatial plan layouts
- Prepare BQ quotations
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors to address client's requirements
- Work with Project Manager to ensure full onsite project completion
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure the highest quality of onsite work deliveries
- Accompany client to designated vendors for materials, accessories and furniture selections when needed
- Coordinate with inhouse drafter and 3D team
- Source reference material and research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience in HDB / Condo construction
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a design related discipline.
- Proficient in AutoCAD would be a plus
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Space planning, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Team player with collaborative work ethic.
