Meet with clients to understand their design needs and objectives.
- Create customized interior design concepts and mood boards that align with the client's vision and budget.
- Provide expert advice on design materials, furniture, color schemes, and space planning.
- Present design proposals to clients and adjust plans based on their feedback.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success and timely delivery.
- Drive sales by promoting design services and products to potential clients.
- Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and expand the customer base.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends, new materials, and products.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in interior design and/or sales, with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sales ability and the ability to identify client needs and match them with design solutions.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the latest design trends, materials, and products.
- Ability to handle client objections and negotiate effectively.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
