**Job description**

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare design proposal, layout plans for presentation to clients
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication skills and MUST be able to meet demanding work schedules and having skills including the ability to multi-task
- Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
- Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Leads & Liaise with the team with respect to cost and time constraints and solutions.
- To prepare and maintain Autocad layout plans and other drawings in the related software
- To prepare BIM Modelling, 3D and 2D drawings
- Liaise with Engineers closely in preparing drawings for Mechanical & Electrical services in Autocad/ Revit MEP
- Manage and keep a good record for the drawings produced.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 years professional experience in M&E/Architectural
- Able to use BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and other related software.
- Able to prepare working drawings, construction details, detailed drawings
- Able to prepare technical drawings, Tender drawing for client’s submissions.
- Able to handle authority submissions (BOMBA)
- Possess own transport
- Must be willing to travel / outstation / working overtime.
- Excellent verbal communication
- Effective organizational and communication skills
- Excellent technical drawing skills.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite,, etc.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
