Seeking a Drafter to assist in the creation, revision, and documentation of technical drawings and models for various engineering projects. This role provides foundational support to BIM Modellers, helping to translate design concepts into accurate visual representations using drafting and modeling software.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the creation and revision of 2D/3D technical drawings including M&E Shop drawing based on sketches, specifications, and instructions from senior team members.

2. Perform 2D/3D drafting using Autodesk software. Experience in Revit will be an added advantage.

3. Assist prepare various types of drawings, including layouts, sections, and detail drawings.

4. Support the revision process for drawings, ensuring updates are accurately captured and documented.

5. Assist in maintaining organized drawing files and project documentation.

6. Perform general engineering clerical tasks to keep project records up to date.

7. Assist in maintaining organized drawing files and project documentation.

8. Communicate effectively with senior drafters and engineers regarding drawing requirements and design changes.

9. Ensure personal drafting work conforms to company standards and guidelines under supervision.

10. Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation as directed.

11. Participate in learning opportunities related to new design tools, systems or products.

12. Undertake other duties as assigned by superiors to support the team and project needs.

Qualifications & Experience

● Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, CAD Technology, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.

● Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD (2D/3D) is essential; knowledge of SolidWorks or other drafting tools is an advantage.

● Familiarity with Revit software is highly preferred

● Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and civil systems, with exposure to water and wastewater treatment projects.
