About the Role

SC Systems Sdn Bhd is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to support our IT and security system projects. In this full-time role, you will prepare precise layout drawings for solutions such as CCTV, door access systems, network points, plug points, and other infrastructure components. Your work will directly support engineers and project teams in delivering high-quality, accurate, and efficient client solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Prepare and develop drawings including CCTV layout plans, door access systems, network points, electrical plug points, and other IT infrastructure layouts.
  • Work closely with engineers, project managers, and technical teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements and industry standards.
  • Update and revise drawings throughout project progress and client feedback.
  • Maintain well-organized drawing documentation, records, and version control.
  • Provide drafting support for tender submissions, as-built drawings, and project handover documentation.
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of drafting experience, preferably in IT, ELV (Extra-Low Voltage), or building services.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of Visio is an added advantage).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, floor plans, and engineering specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
  • Basic knowledge of network engineering, CCTV systems, access control, or ELV systems is an advantage.
