Campaign Management Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of e-commerce campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Work closely with senior executives to implement campaign layouts and strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaign themes and execution plans.
Execution Excellence:
- Ensure that campaigns are executed on time and within budget, coordinating with various teams to manage deliverables.
- Monitor campaign progress and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
Data Analysis (preferred):
- If applicable, utilize data analysis skills to track campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports on campaign outcomes, highlighting key metrics and insights for future planning.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on campaign objectives and timelines.
Learning and Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and development within the role.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Ability to think strategically within a business context.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in e-commerce or campaign planning is preferred.
- Background in data analysis is an additional advantage.
