**Responsibilities**:

- Translate marketing materials, including website content & omnichannel campaigns, from English to Mandarin and vice versa for deployment across various channels such as onsite, CRM, social media, etc.
- Adapt and localize messaging to resonate with Mandarin-speaking audiences in the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets across different channels, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience demographics, providing linguistic insights and recommendations for effective communication.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and terminology across all translated materials, maintaining brand integrity and coherence across different channels.
- Assist in the creation and translation of multimedia content, such as videos and graphics, for use in marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, language usage, and cultural preferences in both Hong Kong and Taiwan markets to inform translation strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness across various channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and digital marketers, to ensure seamless integration of translated content into overall campaign strategies and executions.
- Be involved in the conceptualization and execution of weekly onsite campaigns based on major events, trends/themes, seasonality, merchandise mix.
- Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams and departments
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Sufficient in Chinese language that able to translate for HK & TW.
- Proven record in copy translation (provide portfolio proof).
- Fresh graduate or 2-3 years job experience is fine.
- Able to think strategically in business context, with excellent communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proofreading skills: Skills in proofreading and editing translations to ensure quality and coherence.
- Any e-commerce/campaign planning experience is prioritize.
- Will require to involve in campaign planning & execution work.
