As we expand our brand presence, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and help elevate our marketing efforts in a fast-paced, competitive industry.

As a Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, helping to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales for our food products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and enhance our market share in the food manufacturing sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our food products and enhance brand visibility across various channels (e.g., social media, digital, print, in-store promotions).
- Create compelling content, including product descriptions, advertisements, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Coordinate and manage product launches, campaigns, and promotional events.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, food trends, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and partners to ensure the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
- Organize and participate in food industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company and its products.
- Support the development of marketing budgets and monitor the ROI of marketing expenditures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, content creation, and SEO best practices.
- Strong creativity and excellent writing skills for content creation.
- Good understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the food industry.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
