Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Executive, Marketing to lead and execute marketing initiatives, deliver impactful presentations, and support business growth. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) industry with excellent communication and presentation skills. This role requires someone who can independently manage marketing activities, meet potential clients, and represent the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing strategies to support business growth.
  • Conduct professional presentations to potential clients both online and on-site.
  • Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and pitch decks.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Attend client meetings, events, and travel as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare marketing reports.
  • Support branding, promotions, and digital marketing activities when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the MLM industry (must-have).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct high-impact professional presentations.
  • Able to work independently with strong time management skills.
  • Willing to travel and adapt to flexible working arrangements.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, branding, and consumer behaviour is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Zoom, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).

Availability

  • We aim to fill this role immediately.
  • Candidate can start as soon as the interview and confirmation process is completed.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM7, RM10,000.00 per month
