Job Overview:

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will help shape impactful brand moments across multiple channels, from in-store activations to digital campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and engage communities. Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across retail, e-commerce, digital, and community channels.
  • Coordinate marketing activities between internal teams (E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, CRM, Wholesale) and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track and manage campaign timelines, marketing assets, and budget allocations to ensure efficient rollouts.
  • Execute local marketing initiatives including grassroots and community events, athlete or ambassador activations, and in-store campaigns.
  • Ensure brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity are consistently applied across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Liaise with partners, malls, media, and community groups to support marketing activations and collaborations.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, consumer insights, and market trends to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and performance reviews.
  • Contribute creative ideas and assist in developing marketing content that reflects the brand's positioning.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to support marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the fashion lifestyle or retail industry.
  • Good understanding of brand marketing, with hands-on experience supporting campaign execution across online and offline channels.
  • Ability to analyse basic sales and marketing data to draw simple insights and support campaign reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
  • Creative, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • · Interest in and familiarity with industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior within the jewellery lifestyle and fashion space.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5, RM6,500.00 per month
