- Retrieving files for other employees and customers when needed.
- Designing templates for documents, file types, and document databases.
- Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Controllling the flow of documents in and out of the department.
- Reporting errors or developments regarding document storage.
- Ensuring the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive documents.
- Updating and maintainig document management systems and physical records.
- Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
- Assisting employees with accessing documents through our document management system.
- As document control assistant, you are responsible for organizing and maintaining a company's records system.
- Your duties also to manage, track, and store a variety of electronic and hardcopy documents and records through a file and folder naming structure.
- Assisting Junior Executive (Document Controller) on daily basic task.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
