.To maintain a scheduled, systematic & functional reporting format from all retails and operations team (HQ) for management review on a weekly or monthly basis.
- To work closely with other management team in monitoring and improving retails presence and awareness, CI, facilities, expenses control and customer service standards.
- To achieve satisfactory audit ratings for all retails.
- Prepare & compile Yearly Branches Sales & Business Operations Budget.
- Responsible to perform other tasks as may be assigned by CEO or Management from time to time accordingly
- Receive inbound shipment, checking against D/O and invoice and immediately reporting the discrepancy to the CEO.
- Ensure all documents is done accordingly.
- Ensure all request from sales and others are fulfilled within the time set.
- Monitor and coordinates receiving of merchandise and price tagging according to operation standard.
- Manage stocks control, storage, receiving and space according to warehouse operation standard.
- Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
