HR and Admin Intern

We are seeking an enthusiastic **HR and Admin Intern** to join our team and contribute to fostering a positive work environment. In this role, you will assist in various HR and administrative tasks, including recruitment, coordinating team-building activities, and maintaining office operations. You will play an integral part in enhancing company culture, supporting team activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through effective communication and organizational support.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist plan and arrange company events (meals, gatherings, etc.) and team-building activities.
- Help create and maintain an engaging and welcoming work culture at the company.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and reorder as necessary to ensure staff have the supplies they need.
- Support in ensuring timely follow-ups on commitments with relevant companies.
- Provide administrative support including documentation and filing.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the team.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources are preferable.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Capable of producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive go-getter with a growth mindset, eager to take on challenges and contribute to team success.
**Job Type**: Internship
Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
