**Job Summary**:
Melilea (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals for our **Management Trainee Program**. This is an exciting opportunity to fast-track your career development and gain hands-on experience across various functions within a leading health and wellness company.

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in areas such as sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and business development. You will work closely with senior management and be exposed to leadership and strategy implementation within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in rotational assignments across different departments to gain a holistic understanding of the business operations.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and executing various business strategies.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and help identify growth opportunities.
- Engage in daily operations and provide support to teams on ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and achieve business goals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to support decision-making at the management level.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars for continuous learning and development.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates with a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership potential, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to think critically and problem-solve.
- Highly adaptable, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
