**About the job**

As a Management Trainee at PetBacker, you will participate in a comprehensive program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to assume future leadership roles within the organization. You will undergo two rotational assignments across various functions, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to different aspects of our operations.

The Management Trainee Program is structured to groom individuals for assistant manager roles, with the intention of gradually expanding responsibilities to encompass management of operations in different countries. Therefore, the job location might vary as trainees progress through the program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive daily operations and services within the assigned department to develop a thorough understanding of company operations.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of reports, including data analysis when necessary.
- Foster positive working relationships with employees and users at all levels.
- Provide problem-solving support to the management team.
- Collaborate on business projects with team leaders and engage in cross-departmental initiatives.

**Training Program**:

- 4 months training as an Intern in Customer Service: Focus on operational tasks, customer experience, and product improvement.
- When you pass the first level, you shall be converted to a permanent position. The next 4 months training will be in People & Partnership Management: Involvement in recruitment, training, and fostering loyalty among stakeholders.
- 4 months training in Business Management: Exposure to marketing strategies, profitability analysis, and strategies for growth.

**Good to haves**:

- Ability to support and supervise country operations.
- Effective communication skills and ability to delegate tasks to the team.
- Proficiency in managing customer queries efficiently.
- Willingness to undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
