Provide daily technical support to hotel staff and guests on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Administer and maintain systems such as Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), key card access, telephone systems, IPTV, CCTV, and Wi-Fi network.
- Monitor the performance of hotel IT systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system outages, data recovery, and backup issues.
- Ensure data security and privacy compliance according to company and legal standards.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Keep an updated inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for support and maintenance contracts.
- Conduct regular system backups and prepare for disaster recovery procedures.
- Provide training and technical assistance to staff on IT tools and systems.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, network diagrams, and procedures.
