**Requirements**
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
- Able to organize, multi-task, problem solving and work under pressure.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum qualification of SPM/STPM, Diploma or equivalent.
- Eager to learn and willing to work hard.
- Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
- Pleasant personality and result oriented.

**Responsibilities**
- To handle inquiries from community message, provide appropriate feedback and alternatives within the time limit - Discord & WhatsApp.
- To handle community Global chat.
- Communicate, build and develop good customer relationships.
- Maintain and update customer databases and filing system.
- Daily Input of data into database accurately.
- Closely liaise with internal/external parties for operation.
- Handle complaints by client.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks when required.
- Oversight of day-to-day operations.
- Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

**Experience**:
