**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct onboarding KYC process following compliance regulations and regulatory AML requirements.
- Liaise global teams and head office and resolve client enquiries.
- To carry out data entry task on customers registrations and related activities in systems.
- Facilitate Marketing teams on marketing campaigns and content writing.
- Assist with any deposits and withdrawals requests in accordance to the company's compliance/regulation requirements.
- Co-ordinate and follow up on customer’s queries and feedback between the relevant internal departments and customers.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fluent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin in both verbal and written. (as you will be liaising with Mandarin speaking customers from overseas)
- Able to work under 24/7 rotational shift.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
- Fast learner and computer savvy.
- Action and solution-oriented mindset with “Willing to ask, discuss and learn” attitude.
- Self-motivated and passionate about improving customer experience.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices is added advantage.
- Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Willing to work at Bukit Bintang City Centre KL (BBCC).

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
