**What you'll do**:

- **Keep our client's trucks running smoothly**: Plan checkups and repairs and ensure they always work their best.
- **Manage drivers and schedules**: Help drivers do their jobs well, plan their routes, and handle problems.
- **Work with customers**: Talk to them, solve their problems, and ensure they're happy with on-time deliveries.
- **Stay safe and follow the rules**: Make sure everyone follows safety guidelines and all the company's rules.
- **Reports and teamwork**: Share updates with the boss and suggest ideas to improve our delivery system.

**What you will bring**:

- **Education**: At least an SPM/Diploma/Degree (Logistics/Transportation or related field is a plus).
- **Experience**: 4-5 years of experience leading a team.
- **Transportation knowledge**: Experience with delivery planning, trucks, and driver management is preferred.
- **Computer skills**: Use programs like Microsoft Office for reports and tracking.
- **Driver's license**: Valid license and transportation must include _GDL_ and Class E license.
- **Cold storage experience**: Understanding how refrigerated trucks work is a big advantage.
- **Attention to detail**: Carefully follow all safety rules and guidelines.
- **Languages**: Can speak and write good English, Chinese, and Malay.
