**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Admin and HR departments to support and assist in placement administration
- Assisting day-to-day accounting functions including filing, data entry, record keeping, and data management
- Assist with the invoicing and arranging payment to the supplier
- Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Working with bookkeeping software
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
- Prepare project reports, progress summaries, and related data
- Learning how to work as part of the Accounting, Admin, and HR team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients
- Assist with ad-hoc assigned by supervisor
- Meet the above requirements, and able to work on **Monday to Saturday**, from **9:00 am until 6:00 pm**.
