Responsibility
- Shadowing members of the Accounting, Admin c/w HR Dept. as they perform their duties;
- To support and assist in placement administration;
- Assisting with filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records;
- Working with bookkeeping software;
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity;
- Prepare project report, progress summaries and related data;
- Learning how to work as part of the Accounting, Admin c/w HR team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients;
- Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about office operations;
- Assist and attending the company’s marketing & sales activities included property, magazine, seminars, events, training &, etc. (if requires);
- Assist in overall Sales Administration matters;
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned accordingly
- Meet the above requirements, and able to work from **Monday to Saturday in an 9 am - 7 pm**
