**About the Role**:
As a Marketing Executive, you’ll help drive brand and demand strategies across precision agriculture to industrial automation. This is not a typical agency-style role. You’ll be hands-on with real-world campaigns, collaborate with our commercial and tech teams, and take the lead on events, exhibitions, and outreach programs that shape the future of industry solutions in Malaysia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Execution & Management**: Roll out on-ground marketing campaigns to drive awareness and qualified leads.
- **Events & Exhibitions**: Lead the coordination of Aonic’s presence at industry events and roadshows, including vendor management, booth setup, on-ground execution, and lead generation.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product, sales, operations, and branch teams across Malaysia to ensure seamless execution across the Agriculture and Industrial verticals.
- **Performance Reporting**:Monitor KPIs like campaign ROI, event leads and and support timely reporting for internal reviews.

**About You**:

- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Proven ability to coordinate events, exhibitions or roadshows is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to details, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and meeting tight timelines.
- Able to travel within Malaysia for marketing activations.
