Key Responsibilities: - Assist the senior beautician with routine examinations and procedures. - Assist in beauty procedures / handle beauty equipment carefully and professionally. - Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals for creating and evaluating customized beauty care plans. - Interact with clients and able to answer walk-in and phone queries. - Registration & update client’s status in clinic operating system. - Cashiering on payment transactions and issuance of invoices. - Inventory Management (ie. Monitor the supply of inventory and medicines.) - Perform all filing and administrative tasks as assigned. - Ensuring clinic complies with work health and safety standards. - To perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
