About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facial treatments, strong product knowledge, and a genuine passion for creating an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Facial Spa Services
- Perform a range of professional facial treatments, including skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, facial massage, and mask application.
- Customize facial treatments according to each client's skin type and needs.
- Maintain a clean, relaxing, and hygienic spa cabin at all times.
- Provide professional aftercare and skincare advice.
Product Consultation & Sales
- Assess clients' beauty concerns and recommend suitable skincare products.
- Demonstrate proper product usage and explain benefits effectively.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Customer Experience & Engagement
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized consultation and care.
- Build long-term relationships and retain clients through follow-ups and tailored recommendations.
Operational Support
- Ensure the spa cabin is well-stocked with tools and products.
- Support inventory management and restocking.
- Assist with in-store displays, events, and product demonstrations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Facial Therapist.
- Excellent knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and facial techniques.
- Proficiency in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Team player with a customer-focused attitude.
