A Beauty Therapist cum Consultant in an aesthetic clinic plays a vital role in providing a range of cosmetic and beauty treatments to clients. The job scope includes the following responsibilities:

  1. Consult and advice patients on aesthetic treatments and skin care

  2. Doing simple facial treatment, if needed

  3. Body slimming treatments

  4. Assist doctor during consultations and aesthetic procedures

  5. Dispense medications

  6. Handling aesthetic machine

  7. Handling clinical database

  8. Handling client (inquiry/appointment/payment/complain/request)

  9. Promote clinical products and services

  10. Front desk duties including records, data entry and customer service

  11. Communication with team and customers

  12. Clinic sales report and presentation

  13. Help maintain cleanliness of the clinic

Overall, a Beauty Therapist cum Consultant in an aesthetic clinic plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments, promoting client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the clinic.

Requirements

  1. Minimum SPM and above

  2. Experience in facial and able to perform beauty treatments

  3. Knowledge in beauty, aesthetic, and wellness procedures

  4. Ability to assess and identify skin imperfections

  5. Ability to lead a team of therapist in a newly set up branch

  6. Full-time availability, including weekends and evenings

  7. Exceptional customer service skills

  8. Skilled and knowledgeable regarding skincare products and aesthetic procedures

  9. Able to suggest and sell products based on specific needs

10.Experience in a spa and/or customer service environment and/or sales as an asset

11.Willing to work in Bukit Jalil or Kepong
