GENERAL CLERK for Contractor company.
- Process day to day Correspondence letters, Progress Reports, Invoices, Receipts, Purchased Order, CN, DB and Logistic arrangements, etc
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the office and external bodies.
- Handle incoming phone calls and attend to walk in guests.
- Assist on managing the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities/stationary and pantry supplies.
- Assist project team on project correspondences and documents.
- Liaise with dispatch on incoming/outgoing documents.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and computer skills.
- 5 working days (Sunday to Thursday)

**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
