As a **Warehouse & Planning Supervisor** at Phabritek, you need to:
1. Oversee team of inventory or warehouse employees, enhancing and maintaining high level of productivity and safety at the workspace 监督库存或仓库员工团队并在整个工作空间中促进和维持高水平的生产力和安全性;
2. Be responsible for inventory planning, organization, implementation of inventory counting work, ensuring process control, and effective results 负责盘点工作规划、组织、实施，过程可控，结果有效；

3. Manage inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels 管理库存跟踪系统以记录交货、装运和库存水平;
4. Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages 分析每日产品和供应水平，以预测库存问题和短缺;
5. Identify and salvage slow-moving or obsolete inventory 识别和挽救滞销或过时的库存;
6. Managing scrap to reduce the volume of scrap generated 管理废料以减少废料的产生量

7. Be responsible for planning and implementing warning plans for the designated area, advancing inventory control work 负责责任区域预警规划、实施，推进库存管控工作；

8. Be responsible for production planning-related tasks, including maintenance work such as production planning, material planning, and inventory management 负责生产计划相关工作，包含生产计划、物料计划及库存管理等维护工作；

9. Be responsible for issuing production orders, scheduling, tracking deliveries, and handling delivery warnings 负责生产订单的下达、排产、交付跟踪及交付预警处理；and

10. Cooperate with managers to complete production planning and optimize warehouse systems and other related work 配合经理完成生产计划及库房系统优化等相关工作。

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, with 2 years or more of relevant work experience in warehouse management in the electronics industry (experience in planning is a plus) 专科及以上学历，有2年及以上电子行业仓储以及计划管理等相关工作经验；
- Good English and Malay communication skills, proficiency in Mandarin is also required 具有良好的英文、马来文和中文沟通能力；
- Clear logical thinking, strong team awareness, excellent communication and coordination skills 逻辑清晰，具备良好的团队意识，有良好的沟通与协调能力；and
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to proactively drive work forward 责任心强，能够积极主动的推动工作开展。

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
